1. Who we are

This website (350dias.com) is operated by ALBA TOP BONFIM, LDA. — trading as ALBA URBANA — a company registered in Portugal under number 519187326, with its registered address at Rua dos Navegantes, nº 174, 4000-357 Porto, Portugal ("we", "us", "our"). We are the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

2. What information we collect

When you use the contact form on this site, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number (if provided)
  • Any message or information you choose to include

We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. This site embeds a Google Maps view in the Location section; loading that map may allow Google to process technical data such as your IP address, under Google's own privacy policy.

When you submit the contact form, our form provider (Forminit, see section 4) also automatically records some technical information about your submission — such as your approximate country, device type, and browser — alongside the details you typed in.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you submit to:

  • Respond to your enquiry about 350DIAS and keep a record of our communication with you
  • If you have opted in, send you information about apartment availability, pricing, and viewings

The legal basis for responding to your enquiry is our legitimate interest in managing communications with prospective buyers. Where you have separately opted in to receive updates about availability and pricing, the legal basis for sending those updates is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time by contacting us at the details below.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. It may be shared with Forminit (form backend provider, operated by a UK-registered company, ICO-listed, compliant with the UK GDPR and EU GDPR frameworks). Form data is encrypted and hosted in the EU — AWS Ireland — under a signed Data Processing Agreement, and all of Forminit's own subprocessors are EU-based. Forminit processes the submission on our behalf solely to deliver it to us. Data may also be shared with service providers who host this website. Some enquiries may also be shared with a licensed real estate intermediary (mediador imobiliário) who assists us with sales, in accordance with Portuguese real estate regulations.

5. How long we keep it

We retain enquiry information for 24 months from your last contact with us, after which it is deleted, unless a longer period is required by law or you have become a customer, in which case standard contractual/accounting retention periods apply.

6. Cookies

This site does not currently set analytics or marketing cookies. This site embeds a Google Maps view in the Location section, which loads automatically and may allow Google to set its own cookies and process technical data such as your IP address, under Google's own privacy policy. If our use of cookies changes further — for example if we add analytics or advertising — this policy will be updated accordingly and a cookie consent banner will be added.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct or update it
  • Ask us to delete it
  • Object to or restrict how we use it
  • Request a copy of it in a portable format
  • Lodge a complaint with Portugal's data protection authority, the CNPD
